What we collect

Our inquiry form asks for your name, business, email address, and a short description of the problem. If you continue with discovery, we ask for an example, your current process, and the improvement you want. Please do not send passwords, payment details, customer records, or confidential documents through these forms.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, prepare useful follow-up questions, review whether we can help, and keep track of the next step. Submitting an inquiry does not buy a service, grant account access, or subscribe you to marketing. Case studies and marketing consent are separate.

Services that handle information

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores inquiry records in a private database, checks forms for abuse through Turnstile, and sends transactional emails. Microsoft 365 handles replies to alex@growthdesk.ca. OpenAI-powered internal assistance helps organize requests and prepare scope drafts. Those drafts do not authorize changes to your accounts. Any access to your business systems or additional data requires a separate agreed scope.

Service providers may process information outside Canada. We restrict the operations queue to authorized access. We do not publish inquiry records or sell them to advertisers. We record the campaign label attached to an inquiry to understand which invitation brought you here; we have not installed advertising pixels on this site.

Retention and control

We keep inquiry information while responding and managing agreed work. Inactive inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days; an active engagement or legal obligation may require a different period. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or to stop follow-up. We may need to verify the request before acting.
